1. Appointment Scheduling
- Booking Process: All appointments must be booked in advance through our online platform or by phone. Please provide the necessary details about your vehicle and the services you require when booking.
- Confirmation: After booking, you will receive a confirmation via email or text with the date, time, and location of your appointment. Please ensure all details are correct.
- Service Area: Our mobile detailing services are available within Gonzales, LA and surrounding parishes. Additional charges may apply for locations outside our regular service area.
- Availability: We strive to accommodate your schedule, but service availability may vary due to demand, weather conditions, or other factors. We recommend booking early, especially for peak times.
2. Cancellations and Rescheduling
- Cancellation Policy: We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours notice.
- Late Cancellations/No Shows: Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice or failure to show up for the appointment will result in a $50 cancellation fee.
- Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, please notify us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate you on a different date or time.
3. Payment Policy
- Payment Methods: We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, CashApp, Venmo, ApplePay, or cash. Payment is due upon completion of the service unless other arrangements have been made.
- Pricing: Prices for our services are clearly listed on our website or will be quoted before your appointment. Prices may vary depending on the size, condition, and type of vehicle.
- Additional Charges: Any extra services requested on-site that were not included in the initial booking may incur additional charges.
4. Vehicle Preparation
- Customer Responsibility: Before your appointment, please ensure that your vehicle is accessible and parked in an area where our technicians can easily reach it. We will need access to the vehicle’s interior, exterior, and any compartments that are part of the detailing process.
- Removal of Personal Items: We ask that you remove any personal belongings, valuables, or sensitive items from your vehicle prior to our arrival. Fabre's Auto Salon is not responsible for lost or damaged items left in the vehicle.
5. Service Warranty and Quality
- Satisfaction Guarantee: We take pride in our work, and our goal is to ensure you are completely satisfied with the detailing service. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of the service, please let us know within 36 hours, and we will do our best to address the issue.
- Exclusions: We do not offer warranties on pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or issues that cannot be improved by detailing (e.g., deep stains, faded paint).
6. Liability
- Damage to Vehicle: While we take every precaution to protect your vehicle, Fabre's Auto Salon is not responsible for pre-existing damage, such as chipped paint, cracked windows, or faulty trim. Please notify us in advance if you have concerns about any existing damage to your vehicle.
- Personal Property: Fabre's Auto Salon is not liable for any personal property left in the vehicle before or after service. We strongly recommend removing all personal items from the vehicle.
7. Weather Conditions
- Inclement Weather: In the event of poor weather conditions (e.g., rain, snow, extreme heat), we may need to reschedule your appointment for safety reasons. If your appointment must be rescheduled, we will contact you promptly and find a suitable alternative date and time.
8. Privacy Policy
- Customer Information: We collect personal information such as name, phone number, email address, and vehicle details in order to provide our services. This information is used solely for scheduling, communication, and service delivery purposes.
- Data Protection: We respect your privacy and will never share your personal information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

- Access to Vehicle: To ensure your vehicle is properly serviced, please make sure that the area around your vehicle is clear and accessible. We reserve the right to refuse service if we are unable to access your vehicle or if the service area is unsafe.
