Fabre's Auto Salon - Terms of Service

Thank you for choosing Fabre's Auto Salon. By using our mobile automotive detailing services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before booking any services or using our website.

1. Services Provided

Fabre's Auto Salon offers mobile automotive detailing services, including but not limited to exterior washing, waxing, interior cleaning, upholstery care, and paint protection. The exact services provided will be as described in your booking or service confirmation.

2. Booking and Scheduling

All service bookings must be made through www.fabresautosalon.com or by calling (504) 722-3696 at least 48 hours in advance.

We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you as soon as possible in case of any changes.

3. Payment and Pricing

Payment for all services is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon.

We accept payment via credit card, debit card, CashApp, Venmo, ApplePay, or cash.

Prices are subject to change and will be confirmed at the time of booking. Additional charges may apply for extra services or materials that were not included in the original estimate.

4. Service Area

Our mobile detailing services are available within Gonzales, LA and surrounding parishes. We reserve the right to refuse service outside this area or charge an additional travel fee for locations beyond our standard service area.

5. Client Responsibilities

You must ensure that your vehicle is accessible and parked in an area that allows us to perform detailing services safely and efficiently.

You agree to inform Fabre's Auto Salon of any pre-existing damage, issues with your vehicle, or specific cleaning requests. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions that may be affected by detailing.

You are responsible for securing any personal or valuable items in your vehicle before the detailing service.

6. Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours notice before the scheduled appointment time.

Failure to cancel within the specified time or a no-show will result in a $50 cancellation fee.

7. Liability and Damages

Fabre's Auto Salon is not responsible for any damage to your vehicle that occurs during the detailing service if such damage is caused by pre-existing conditions, including but not limited to rust, cracked paint, or any other damage not visible at the time of the appointment.

We are not liable for any items left inside the vehicle before or after service. Please ensure all valuables are removed prior to detailing.

8. Warranty

We offer a 3-day warranty on our detailing services. If you are unsatisfied with the quality of the service, please notify us within 36 hours to allow us to address the issue.

9. Privacy and Data Collection

We may collect personal information such as your name, address, email, and phone number for the purpose of scheduling and delivering services. We will handle all personal information in accordance with our privacy policy.

We may send you service reminders, promotions, or updates via email, phone, or text message unless you opt out.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Fabre's Auto Salon, its employees, agents, and contractors from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of or related to your use of our services, including but not limited to property damage or injury.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Louisiana, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

12. Amendments

Fabre's Auto Salon reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website or communicated directly to you. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
